Bamboo Silk Yarn

Bamboo and Silk is a sport weight bit of heaven. Try dyeing it with acid dye: the silk content will take the color, and the bamboo will not, creating a lighter, muted effect. Fiber reactive dye may create a deeper two-toned effect, depending on the color used. Bamboo and silk is ideal for very drapey crochet, knit or woven accessories and garments. Imagine it in baby christening gowns and elegant shawls.
