Pima cotton fibers are longer than conventional cotton fibers so yarns and fabrics come out softer and more durable than if it were made from a shorter staple cotton. There are 4 plies in this cotton sock yarn. Great for all weather shirts, baby clothes, durable lace projects, stylish long, fingerless gloves or even super adsorbent socks. This stuff eats up fiber reactive dye and gives some fantastically brilliant colors.
