Please note: due to the width, this fabric is not shipped on a bolt! Fabric will come loosely folded in a bag.
Fabric Details
- 100% Habotai Silk
- 10mm
- You can dye this with Acid Dyes
- We found that this shrinks 3% in Length and 1% in Width disclaimer
- Available in cut yardage and in 50 yard bolts
- Due to the width this fabric will not come on a bolt but will come folded.
- Machine wash in any temperature water
Remember, bolts vary! They can be over or under - we charge you for the actual yardage. If you need very specific yardage, order cut yardage.

Absolutely beautiful! The perfect weight to make high end stoles to match my tie dyed and batik camisoles. One yard was enough to make four stoles.

I am in the process of hand painting a Kimono with this yardage. So far so good! Have steamed the sleeves and love the hand and weight.

It is light and floaty but still a little crisp. I think I will hem the ends and use it as a wrap. I haven't decided how to dye it but I think I'll dye this item. After I washed it which was in a lingerie bag in Charlie's Soap it was less crisp and more drapy which is nice.

It drapes just enough and is still a littl fluffy. It makes a great head shawl in the winter and is very light but still warm. I double it and put it over my head and wrap the ends around my neck and cross them over my chest then put on my coat. The silk keeps my hair smooth and takes away the static. It is also a nice light wrap in the office.
