Golden Acrylic Retarder

Golden Acrylic Retarder is an additive used to increase the open (drying) time of acrylic paints. Great for screen printers tired of their inks drying on the screen! Useful for wet on wet techniques and reducing skinning on the palette. Slower drying paints can mean less wasted paint! This Acrylic Retarder is best used mixed directly into your fabric or craft acrylic paints. Use sparingly - we recommend  adding only a few drops at a time to your paints, otherwise they may never dry. Perfect for Pigment Tie-Dyeing (aka Faux Tie-dye) as it helps the paint migrate through the fabric more easily. Will also help silk painters slow the drying of paints like Dye-na-flow and SetaSilk helping to achieve smoother color on larger areas.
