Screen filler is applied over drawing fluid, squeegied or freehand, and prevents ink from passing through a screen in places it is applied. Also, screen images created with Photo Emulsion can start to deteriorate as some of the emulsion starts to erode and wash off with use. This product is a really simple solution to touch up these images - just use a small detail brush to apply Screen Filler into the areas where the emulsion has started to disappear - cleans those images right up! Ours is water based for easy screen clean up.

Too thin. If painting it in with a brush you have to do at least 2 coats. Useful but annoying.

If you are spot repairing a emulsion screen area apply in thin layers. A thick application will crack up when drying. Some of this product washes off as you clean the screen so reapplication at repair areas might be required.

I have used this product in the past it covers well. I usually requires only one swipe with the plastic squeegy to seal the background.
